Hello, my name is Travis Pappan, and I am the owner of Midnight Acres Kennel. I have proudly been part of the dog industry for nearly 13 years and genuinely love every aspect of what I do. Whether I’m caring for puppies, connecting with clients, sharing updates and photos, or delivering puppies, my work is something I’m truly passionate about. When I’m not working, I enjoy being outdoors and spending time camping, kayaking, bowling, shopping, and traveling!

Ruth Shadow

Hello I wanted to introduce myself my name is Ruth Shadow. I am a mother of 2 boys or I guess I should say young men ( time flies). We are located in Central Missouri. We have been providing happy healthy puppies for over 30 years. We spend a lot of time with our puppies to make sure that they are ready for their forever homes. The puppies will come with up-to-date vaccinations and dewormings. They will also be micro chipped. We have a wonderful relationship with our veterinarian and they check every puppy, multiple times before they go to your home. We are licensed and inspected by the state of Missouri, as well as Usda and our veterinarian.

I have been raising puppies since 2004, and it has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life. What began as a passion has grown into years of hands-on experience, knowledge, and a deep commitment to raising healthy, well-socialized puppies in a loving, environment. Each puppy is given individual attention, proper care, and early socialization to help them grow into confident, happy companions.

On a personal level, I am a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. My family means everything to me, and their support plays an important role in my kennel. Family values guide the way my puppies are raised—with patience, consistency, and love. My goal is not only to raise exceptional puppies, but also to place them with families where they will be loved for a lifetime.

Hello! I’m Savannah Reeves. Raising puppies isn’t just something I do — it’s part of my everyday life. From day one, I’m hands-on with each puppy, and they are raised in a home atmosphere where they receive constant love, attention, and socialization. While I’ve been personally raising puppies for a little over a year, I’ve been involved in the dog industry for more than eight years, gaining valuable experience and knowledge along the way. Providing attentive, in-home care and giving each puppy the best possible start is something I truly take pride in.

When I’m not caring for puppies, you’ll usually find me cheering on my boyfriend at the dirt track or enjoying time outdoors hunting and fishing. I love the balance of home, hard work, and the outdoors that shapes both my life and my passion for dogs.

Teresa Price

Hello! I’m Teresa Price — though for the past 41 years, I’ve been better known as Travis’ mom! I’ve been raising puppies for nearly eight years as a proud hobby breeder. As a widow, my puppies are truly part of my home and heart — they’re raised right in my living room where they receive constant love, attention, and daily interaction.

Before heading to their new furever homes, we begin working on potty training and crate training to help give them the very best start. I also take them on outings to Lowe’s and other pet-friendly stores to help with early socialization and build their confidence.

When I’m not busy with puppies, I enjoy going to the races and browsing antique stores. Raising puppies has brought so much joy to my life, and I love helping each one find a loving home.
